Scope
This notice covers the public SSR landing, the SPA under /app, public share links, API processes, accounts, candidate profiles, company profiles, requests, payments, CV products and platform communication.
Data categories and purposes
We process account data, profile data, professional experience, projects, proof board, salary expectations, cooperation preferences, candidate requirements, employer requests, payments, security logs, cookie consents and contact form data.
Purposes include account operation, security, candidate search, activity confirmation every 14 days, request validation, payments, CV generation, public profile links, communication and fraud prevention.
Legal bases
Contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent, depending on the feature and data category. Optional analytics and marketing cookies require consent.
Candidate activity and visibility
Candidates may receive an email every 14 days to confirm that they are still actively looking. Lack of confirmation may limit visibility in employer search.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, security, accounting and support providers. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA are protected using GDPR mechanisms where required.
